Our Content:

  1. By making a booking with us (The Bride's Collective) the party agrees to allow any content captured by us to be used on our social media, website, and in any advertisement and that the content may be published in future news articles or by third party businesses (i.e. wedding vendors or venues) - on agreement by us first.

    - The manor of content posted can be discussed during the consultation and we are happy to refrain from posting certain aspects of the event if the party wishes it.

  2. If any suppliers, vendors or businesses come forward to the party wishing to use any content captured or created by ‘The Bride's Collective’, we ask that the party direct them to us for consent from us first.

  3. The party agrees that the content captured will be sent over to them via a third party app/website.

  4. The party agrees that any unedited content will be sent over up to 24 hours prior to the event and that any edited content may take longer - some circumstances (such as staff sickness, etc) may delay this process, but the team will update the party if this was to occur.

The Team:

  1. If the party books 6+ hours of content, the content creator will require a break during the event - the party agrees to allow the creator a break - at a wedding this will usually be while the bride and groom eat their meal - this can be discussed during the pre-event consultation.

  2. For weddings: the party agrees that if they book the 'Happily Ever After' package (8-10 hours) that a suppliers meal is provided for the content creator.

Bookings:

  1. The party agrees to pay a £100 deposit in order to reserve their event date.

  2. The party agrees that the initial £100 deposit is none refundable and in the event the party have to cancel their booking the £100 will not be refunded - if for any reason we ‘The Bride's Collective’ have to cancel, then the £100 deposit will be refunded in full to the party within 5 working days of cancellation.

  3. The party agrees to ensure that their pre-event consultation is booked 4-6 weeks prior to the event - if for any reason the party can not attend the consultation they agree to let the team know and to reschedule promptly (no later than 2-3 weeks prior to the event).

  4. For weddings: the remainder of the full amount payable to Captured by Kay is to be paid at the time of the consultation (4-6weeks prior to the event). If this is not a possibility or the consultation cannot take place for any given reason, the remaining balance is to be paid no later than 4 weeks prior to the event.

  5. For business/supplier bookings: the remainder of the balance is due no later than 2 weeks prior to the event/booked date.

  1. Packages costing below £500 - travel is free of charge up to 50 miles from our base (Carlisle, Cumbria), there and back (100 miles total).

  2. Packages costing over £500 - travel is free of charge up to 100 miles from our base (Carlisle, Cumbria), there and back (200 miles total).

  3. If the party’s venue is further than the stated mileage, a charge of 0.55p per mile will be added onto the total price of the booking and is to be paid with the remaining balance at the time of the pre-event consultation.
